Conference Code of Conduct and Guidelines

  1. The Conference fee covers your room and meals.  Guests are responsible for all incidental expenses including all telephone calls, bar, laundry, use of recreational and games facilities for which a fee is to be paid.  Please use your personal credit card to pay for these.
  2. Please do not congregate or loiter in the corridors or hallways.
  3. Please do not make noise or talk loudly in the hotel room area and in the lobby area.  Remember we are not the only guests at this hotel.
  4. Smoking, the use of drugs and 'substance abuse' are strictly prohibited.
  5. Although there are life guards on duty at the swimming pools children must be accompanied by adults.
  6. Children should not be allowed to ride the elevators unless accompanied by adults.
  7. Children should not left unattended in the rooms.  Parents are responsible for their children's behavior and safety.
  8. The CSI conference registration ID badges must be won at all times.  Entry to the meeting rooms and the dining room may be refused without the badges.
  9. Proper attire is required for dinner in the dining room.  No shorts, sneakers, golf hats are permitted.  Men are required to wear collared shirts.  Proper dining decorum is required.
  10. Respect the hotel property and facility. Any charge form the hotel for damage to property will be passed on to those responsible.  Remember that the hotel is equipped with numerous video cameras and the security will be on alert 24 hours a day.
  11. Do not invite unregistered guest in to your rooms or to the hotel premises.
  12. Report all emergencies to the registration desk or to the information desk.
  13. Check out time is 12:30 PM on Sunday the 4th of July.  Please return your key(s) and pay all incidental expenses when checking out.
