- The Conference fee covers your room and meals. Guests are
responsible for all incidental expenses.
- Please do not congregate or loiter in the corridors or hallways.
- Smoking, the use of drugs and 'substance abuse' are strictly
prohibited.
- Although there are life guards on duty at the swimming pools
children must be accompanied by adults.
- Children should not be allowed to ride the elevators unless
accompanied by adults.
- Children should not left unattended in the rooms. Parents are
responsible for their children's behavior and safety.
- The CSI conference registration ID badges must be won at all
times. Entry to the meeting rooms and the dining room may be
refused without the badges.
- Proper attire is required for dinner in the dining room. No
shorts, sneakers, golf hats are permitted. Men are required to
wear collared shirts. Proper dining decorum is required.
- Respect the conference facility. Any charge form damage to property will be passed on to those responsible.
- Do not invite unregistered guest in to your rooms or to the
conference premises.
- Report all emergencies to the registration desk or to the
information desk.
- Check out time is 12:30 PM on Sunday the 14th of August. Please
return your key(s) at the front desk.
