At the heart of our Conference Center is the Living/Learning Center. This unique facility is designed to offer your group the perfect balance of form and function. 200 comfortable rooms will house your participants in the same complex with meeting rooms, banquet facilities and recreational amenities. Meeting rooms may be configured for theater or classroom style events with the largest rooms offering banquet seating as well. Most areas are equipped with internet, satellite downlink, cable television and telephone service.

Linen and maid service is standard in the Living/Learning Center. (Conference attendees may bring additional linens if desired) Basic furnishings including twin-sized beds, carpeting, chest of drawers, desk and chair, microwave and refrigerator are included in every room.  Staff is available 24 hours.  All rooms have private bathrooms. Vending machines, laundry facilities, fitness center, and sauna are located inside the building. Free local and on campus phone service, long distance available with credit card. Ample parking.

Meeting facilities at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown are available year-round and can accommodate groups from 10 to 2,400 people. Reservations are accepted for single-day or multi-day events. A wide range of audio/visual equipment is also available. During the school year, when classes are in session, we will be happy to make arrangements for overnight accommodations at nearby hotels. Your participants can exchange ideas, absorb new concepts, enjoy leisure activities and take time to think and relax in the refreshing, natural beauty of our campus  
 

Whalley Memorial Chapel

This non-denominational chapel is available for spiritual events or just a quiet place for meditation. Excellent site for religious conference sessions. It's equipped with keyboard, organ, padded pews and restrooms. A small meeting room is also available for meetings and dining.

When it's time to relax, your participants have access to our Sports and Aquatic Centers, playing fields and fitness center. Hike our nature trails. Take a dip in our 25-yard pool ( Check with registration desk for access). Get a workout in our fitness center. Pick up a game of basketball, volleyball or softball.

We also have pool tables, ping pong, foosball and video games. Mall shopping, golf, performing arts, professional sporting events and historic points of interest abound nearby.

We want you to have some fun while you accomplish your conference goals.
