Children’s Presentations at the Family and Youth Conference in Johnstown
Greetings to you all.
Welcome to the children’s presentations of the 20th Family Conference. Last year our children took active part in the programs and competitions and they enjoyed the it. To make sure more participation, this year we are giving more emphasis to the presentations than competitions by relaxing the rules. Of course prizes will be awarded to 1st 2nd and 3rd positions but there will be lots of other prizes too. This year, the age limit is set according to the School year. Since the high school and college students were engaged in other activities last time, they are excluded for this year’s presentations. The regulations are prepared solely for the 20th Family and Youth Conference. All those who register for the conference will be allowed to participate.
Please go through the regulations and let me know by June 5th if you have any suggestions.
Age groups
Parents/guardians must produce proof of age if demanded.
Kids Born on or after Sept 1,2000
Primary Born between Sept 1, 1998 and August 31, 2000
Junior Born between Sept 1, 1996 and August 31, 1998
Intermediate Born between Sept 1, 1994 and August 31, 1996
Senior Born between Sept 1, 1992 and August 31, 1994
Drawing & Painting/Coloring
For Kids copies of the same drawing will be given for coloring.
For all others, a theme will be given on the spot. Participants must present the theme by drawing and coloring or painting. All participants must bring their own materials except paper. Markers and watercolor paints are not allowed.
Memory Verses
All participants must give the verses they choose to write or recite in writing or printed, to those who conduct the children’s presentations. You may choose any popular version you like.
Kids and primary sections may recite the verses. Others must write
Time: kids – 3 minutes
Primary – 5 minutes
Junior - 30 minutes
Intermediate & Senior – 45 minutes
Bible Quiz
For Kids and Primary sections, questions will be asked separately. Other participants must write the answers in 20 minutes.
For Kids 20 questions and answers will be posted on this site, 15 days prior to the conference.

Other Items
We also plan to include some new items like singing story telling and instrumental music including piano recital. Please bring your own musical instruments. Keyboard will be given. If you would like your child to present any items which is not already included here, please let me know. When you check –in at the conference, please fill the children’s presentation forms at the counter.
